Privacy

This site uses Google Analytics 4, cookielessly, to measure visits — no cookie and no identifier stored on your device. It serves no advertising and sets no cookies of its own. There is no form on it that asks who you are. That is the whole of what there is to disclose, and this page says it plainly rather than at length.

This site does not invent a company particular. The rows marked above stay blank until the operator supplies them.

What is processed

This site loads Google Analytics 4, Google’s measurement script, from googletagmanager.com. It runs in cookieless mode: it writes no analytics cookie and stores no identifier on your device, and there is no cross-session or cross-site recognition of you. What it sends is aggregated measurement containing the page address, the referrer, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser characteristics. Google processes that as a third party, and the data may be handled outside the Philippines. Beyond that, the only processing is what any web server must do to serve a page: your request reaches the hosting infrastructure, which handles the IP address and request metadata necessary to deliver the response and keep the service available.

There is one more script, and it is not ours. While this site sits on its preview address, the network that serves it — Cloudflare — inserts its own visit-counting script into the response, loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It is in none of the files this project builds: it is added to the output after the server has produced it, and nothing in this repository can call it or remove it — only the account holder can switch it off in Cloudflare’s own settings. It sets no cookie, and a page load finishes with zero cookies. Cloudflare processes the request as the hosting provider.

Consent Mode signals are set to denied by default in the page head, and nothing on this site ever flips them. The measurement above runs cookielessly, so it never needs them to.

What is NOT processed

No advertising. No accounts. No newsletter. No profiling and no automated decision-making. No licence number, plate number, ticket reference or any other identifier is collected — this site has no field that asks for one, and no page on it can look anything up about you.

Cookies

This site sets none. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, there is nothing for you to consent to, which is why there is no banner asking for it.

Your rights, and how to complain

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the rights to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectification, to damages and to data portability. This site holds no personal information about you beyond the server handling described above, and the measurement described above is aggregated and carries no identifier that could find your records, so most of those rights will have nothing to act on here — but you can exercise any of them at [email protected].

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission, the Philippine supervisory authority.
