Driver's licence violations
The order's first section prices what happens to the driver rather than the vehicle, and its disqualification clocks do not all start at the same moment — some run from the day the fine is paid, one runs from conviction. The differences are small on the page and large in a year.

Everything else lands on one flat figure
The order names it, then lists what it covers — and then stops. The list closing is what makes the absences on this site evidence rather than gaps.
The catch-all is ₱1,000, and the order enumerates 51 violations it covers — parking in prohibited places, disregarding signs, illegal turns and overtaking, failure-to-yield variants, obstruction. The list is closed: item 51 is the last, and the next section begins immediately after it.
That closure matters more than the figure. A list drafted broadly enough to reach “increasing speed when being overtaken” and then omitting overspeeding altogether is evidence about overspeeding, not silence about it.
The order's own closed list of 51 violations does not include speeding
The 2014 national schedule ends its licensing section with a flat catch-all and then enumerates what that catch-all covers — a closed list of fifty-one traffic violations, drafted broadly enough to reach “increasing speed when being overtaken” and “disregarding traffic signs”. Overspeeding is not among them, and no other limb of the schedule prices it. A closed list that omits an item is evidence about that item, not silence about it, which is why this appears here as a finding rather than as a gap.

And this site does not add the two together, because nothing in this corpus settles how they relate.
The 1964 Traffic Code prices some of the same conduct the 2014 schedule prices, in 1964 pesos that were never adjusted — for driving without a licence it names a figure roughly a tenth of the schedule's. Whether that older clause is dead letter, superseded in practice by the schedule, or genuinely concurrent with it is not resolved anywhere this site could read. Rather than print both figures and leave a reader to add them together, this site prices from the schedule and says here that the older clause exists.
